The role of the Ealing Parent Partnership Service is to offer advice, information and support to parents of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
This role involves providing:
- practical and relevant advice and information on all aspects of special educational needs including the assessment for a statement of SEN
- one-to-one support
- help with paperwork related to the SEN process
- help in preparing for meetings and accompanying parents/carers to these meetings
- information about other voluntary support organisations
- assistance with issues such as moving school and exclusion.
