Lido Premises
The Lido Centre is part of the exciting London-wide "London Premises Project" programme to support community hubs and improve local community premises.
Our other partners are:
Community Matters, Ethical Property Foundation, CAN, Development Trusts Association, Aston Mansfield and Women's Design Service.
The project delivers advice and support on the required legal, technical, financial, other specialist services and environmental issues for community premises projects.
Through Capacity Builders funding, the partnership has delivered a series of premises 'road shows' in each of the five London sub-regions, coupled with the creation of a London ‘A to Z Premises Support Guide’ advertising where to go for support on specific premises-related issues. In addition we offer:
- A brokerage service aimed at matching organisations with rental opportunities in community buildings across London,
- A property advice service focusing on office accommodation, a referral process at discounted rates to property professionals,
- Access to a wide range of quality specialist fact sheets and publications on premises-related issues,
- A comprehensive programme of specialist training courses
